杜运周，管理学博士、青年特聘教授、博士生导师，工商管理系主任，东南大学管理哲学与方法论研究所所长。中国企业管理研究会副理事长、中国企业管理研究会管理哲学专业委员会主任，中国管理现代化研究会第七届理事会理事、管理研究方法专业委员会主任，中国管理模式50人，国际比较方法（qca）专家网络compasss咨询委员会50人之一，开创了中国qca工作坊。2020年入选江苏省“紫金文化人才培养工程”文化优青。国家公派美国university of north carolina-chapel hill访问学者（2012.5.12-2013.5.31），国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家，浙江省自然科学基金通讯评审专家。曾获南开大学博士生优秀奖学金“特等奖”及“南开十杰”称号（2009）。指导研究生荣获2022年江苏省优秀硕士学位论文（经济波动下营商环境生态对创业活跃度的影响）。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目3项、青年项目1项。参与国家社会科学基金重大项目2项、重点项目1项，一般项目多项。主要研究领域：管理哲学与研究方法论、组态视角与qca方法、营商环境生态与创新创业、经营主体活力、组织合法性与制度逻辑理论等。美国管理学会（aom）会员，中国管理研究国际学会（iacmr）会员，《chinese management studies》（副主编），《管理学季刊》（领域编辑），《管理学报》（中国企业家管理思想专栏专家委员会委员），《外国经济与管理》（东方管理专栏编委、研究方法专栏编委）。承担中外文期刊《管理世界》、《管理科学学报》、《strategic management journal》、《journal of business venturing》、《南开管理评论》等期刊，以及aom，iacmr等境内外著名国际会议的匿名评审人，创建中国企业管理研究会管理哲学专业委员会，并担任专业委员会主任。出版专著《市场导向、政治网络与新企业合法化成长——制度多元性的视角》（2014），出版编著《管理哲学》（2022）。出版3部qca方法和1部必要条件分析方法著作：《qca设计原理与应用：超越定性与定量研究的新方法》、《重新设计社会科学研究》（2019）、《qca方法从入门到精通：基于r语言》（2021）、《必要条件分析法》（2022）。先后获得emerald citation of excellence award、教育部第七届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）二等奖等（2015）、江苏省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖（2018）、教育部第九届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）成果奖（2024）、教育部第八届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）青年成果奖（2020）、《管理世界》年度优秀论文（2020、2021）、江苏省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖（2023）等荣誉。
