主讲人简介 | 夏莹，管理学博士，南京大学人力资源管理学系助理教授，香港理工大学博士（2019）与哈尔滨工业大学博士（2020）；英国杜伦大学（durham university）联合培养博士（2015-2016）。主要研究兴趣包括工作压力、员工主动行为等。在hrm、jbe、jbr等国内外学术期刊发表多篇论文。荣获美国管理学年会组织行为分部最佳会议论文（2017）和中国管理学年会最佳审稿人奖（2018）。美国管理学会（aom）、中国管理研究国际学会（iacmr）会员。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项。 | ||
讲座内容摘要 | researchers have uncovered inconsistent relations between anxiety and performance. we offer a nuanced perspective by investigating the multi-dimensional nature of workplace anxiety, classifying it into competence, autonomy, and relatedness anxieties based on self-determination theory. using a meta-analytic approach, we examined how these anxieties affect task performance, relationship-based outcomes, well-being, and cwb, while also exploring contextual moderators. | ||
